Naturopathy is the holistic approach to treat the disease and ailments of individuals without taking recourse to any drug intake or invasive techniques
such as biopsies. According to naturopathy there is presence of germs in human body which multiplies even before we understand. These germs are source of all the ailments taking place in our body. Further what we eat to a large extent determines how healthy we are going to be. The holistic approach of naturopathy therefore aims at detoxifying and cleansing our body from within so that it regains its vital strength to fight diseases and germs.

The Naturopathy Treatment goes through different stages to ensure comprehensive treatment to an ailing individual. These stages can be divided in
three broad categories. The first step includes the diagnosis of the ailment without using any invasive methods. In the second step the patient is put on a regime of detoxification. Various processes are included in this step like colon irrigation, fasting message, deep breathing, baths and exercise. The final step is concerned with ensuring corrective regime of your diet. The diet will include vitamin supplements, body manipulation, herbal compounds or acupuncture.

Naturopathy is the process that highly follows the principle of self corrective and self healing methods. They aim to divulge into the technique that will strengthen your immunity system and the source of all vital energies.
