Tea  is the delight for a tiring soul. A sip from a brewing cup of exotic  beverage is the best way to start your mornings and the best way to feel  refreshed after a day of nerve-wrecking schedules. How many of us feel  magically drawn towards the aroma of a finely flavored tea? Hands down  most of us! Even the ones who keep themselves away from the pleasure of  this divine sip also brings drawn towards it the moment they are thrust  with piles of work.
It’s  a combat guys which we cannot afford to lose. Our life, our being and  most importantly our performance is at stake! Imagine the level of  efficiency you will be able to ascertain to the works piled on after you  have somehow managed to take care of the loads that you are just done  with. Not a matter of joke, isn't it? You can’t quit or rather you don’t  want to! So what is your plan to keep yourself refreshed and stimulated  always?

Third, always remember your aim and what you want to achieve from the profession of you've chosen
Fourth, never give up
Fifth, believe on yourself
Sixth, good music always helps. So have your playlist loaded with the kind of “happy” music you like
And lastly, treat yourself occasionally with a good flavored beverage. 
If  you think drinking tea three to four times a day can be an issue with  your health, then you seriously need to revamp your thought process. Tea  is one of the healthiest beverages. There are innumerable health  benefits which are ensured by tea consumption. If you still are  apprehensive then you can obviously go for green tea options which are certain to stimulate your energy as well as take care of your health.
